We would highly recommend that all those over the age of 18 years consider making a Will. The creation of a Will is a relatively straightforward and inexpensive process however it will offer you complete peace of mind once it is done, ensuring that your wishes are met in the event of your passing.

 

This is especially important if you have children under the age of 18 years and want to appoint a guardian for them.

 

All of our Wills are recorded on our Wills Register and are stored securely in our fire proof safe.

 

In the event of the death of a loved one, Turley Kelly and Company will handle the probate administration and distribution of assets in accordance with the Will in a professional and sympathetic manner.

Commissioner for Oaths

 

 

We are registered as Commissioner for Oaths to swear legal and other documents.

You must sign the document in our presence and bring evidence of identity (passport, driving licence etc) with you to show the Commissioner for Oaths.

You cannot bring a document signed by someone else and ask the Commissioner to sign it.
